Cancellation Policy

LATE ARRIVALS: Because skills sessions move at a fast pace, clients MUST arrive to class on or before the scheduled time. Student's will not be admitted to the skills session once it has begun. If you are running late please call to reschedule within 90 days of original class date. No exceptions. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No-shows and cancellations may be rescheduled once within 90 days of original class date. Rescheduling MUST be made in writing to the following email: service@rgvcpr.com. eProducts can not be returned once redeemed/activated.
