This American Heart Association (AHA) instructor-led class covers pediatric BLS, basic ECG rhythm review, shock, airway management, high performance team dynamics, and PALS pharmacology and algorithms​. Class details include the following:

• 4-hour class time

• Arythmia/algorithim practice stations (bradycardia, tachycardia, cardiac arrest and shock)

• Airway management practice station (oropharyngeal airway)

• IO Insertion practice station

• Megacode practice and testing (1 cardiac and 1 respiratory or shock)

• 50 question multiple choice exam. The exam will cover material from both the online modules and in-class portions of the course.

This American Heart Association (AHA) PALS hybrid (online + skills session) course covers pediatric BLS, basic ECG rhythm review, shock, airway management, high performance team dynamics, and PALS pharmacology and algorithms​. 90% of the course is completed online. Just 2 hours of class time for the hands-on skills practice session. Same AHA 2-year certification. Skills session consists of:

• 2-hour class time

• Arythmia/algorithim practice stations (bradycardia, tachycardia, cardiac arrest and shock)

• Airway management practice station (oropharyngeal airway)

• IO Insertion practice station

• Megacode practice and testing (1 cardiac and 1 respiratory or shock)

• NO multiple choice exam
