SAME DAY CERTIFICATION CARDS! 5 Important Things To Know About Your PALS Course This American Heart Association (AHA) course is for both medical professionals taking the PALS course for the first time and for those renewing their certification. This classroom, Instructor-led course uses a series of videos and simulated pediatric emergencies to reinforce the important concepts of a systematic approach to pediatric assessment, basic life support, PALS treatment algorithms, effective resuscitation, and team dynamics. The goal of the PALS Course is to improve the quality of care provided to seriously ill or injured children, resulting in improved outcomes. As per American Heart Association (AHA), the 2015 edition of the AHA PALS Provider Manual is required for class attendance. Under no circumstances will students be allowed to attend class with other versions or editions of the ACLS manual. CONTINUING EDUCATION HOURS At this time, continuing education hours can only be issued to EMS professionals. COURSE CONFIRMATION WILL BE E-MAILED TO YOU WITHIN 24 HOURS OF REGISTRATION.

Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Your class may be rescheduled once within 90 days of original class date. Rescheduling MUST be made in writing to the following email: service@rgvcpr.com. LATE ARRIVALS: Classes start promptly at stated times. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will not be admitted to class and will need to reschedule . One time only within 90 days of original class date. FOR SKILLS SESSION ONLY: Because skills sessions move at a fast pace, clients MUST arrive to class on or before the scheduled time. Student's will not be admitted to the skills session once it has begun and will need to reschedule within 90 days of original class date. No exceptions. NO-SHOWS: No-shows who still wish to take the class may reschedule within 90 days of original class date (one time only).
