Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Orders for ACLS and PALS student manuals may be canceled any time prior to pick-up with the issuance of a full refund. The sale is final once student manual is picked up.

  • All requests for cancellations/refunds and rescheduling MUST be made in writing to the following email: service@rgvcpr.com.

  • Classes start promptly at stated times. Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late will not be admitted to class and will not be eligible for a refund. No-shows will not be eligible for refund.

  • FOR SKILLS SESSION ONLY: Because skills sessions move at a fast pace, clients MUST arrive to class on or before the scheduled time. Student's will not be admitted to the skills session once it has begun and will need to reschedule. No exceptions.

  • ACLS/PALS COURSES ONLY: Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be received no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled class start time. There will be a service fee of $50 for cancellation and rescheduling request made within 7 days of class. Class may be rescheduled one time only and within the calendar year payment was received.

  • BLS Only: Deposit is non-refundable but may be used towards rescheduling the course once within the calendar year that the deposit was received.

  • FOR ONLINE PART OF BLENDED LEARNING COURSES ONLY: There will be no refunds of online part of blended learning course once you receive email with keycode or link.
